• Have 4 tablespoon of tonic in a day

• Have this herbal potent 2 times in a day 

• Adults can have 10-30ml of the herbal tonic 

• Children above the age of 5 years can have 2.5-10ml of the tonic

• Mix the tonic with equal quantity of water before consumption
