Mesmara Telagapindi (Defatted White Sesame Oil Cake) 

• Telagapindi is nothing but a powder of sesame oil cake. At Mesmara we use cleaned white sesame seeds to extract oil using our wooden press, the oil cake is then sun-dried, pulverized and hygienically packed.
• In some parts, Telagapindi (Defatted sesame flour) is widely used in cooking and also given to lactating mothers for its rich source of lignans (glucosides of sesaminol and sesamolinol).
• It also contains valuable compounds such as proteins, minerals, dietary fibers, and vitamins.
