Ingredients:

• Partially hydrolyzed guar gum
• Vitamin A
• Vitamin, C
• Vitamin D

Directions For Use:

• Measure 100ml of pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour it into a clean container
• Gradually add the sachet content (approx. 6.2g) of Resource Fiber Choice
• Stir briskly until the powder has completely dissolved
