Patanjali Trikatu Churna should be consumed after consulting an Expert. Follow below steps

• Have the supplement after meals 
• The churna must be added with food 
• Adults should have 5ml twice a day 
• Children should have 2.5ml twice a day 
• Consume it along with water or honey 
•  Should be consumed at least for 3 months
